Terms and Conditions 8wins – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 8wins ("We", "Platform", "Company"). By accessing the 8wins website, creating an account, or using any of the services provided, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 8wins services and must immediately cease accessing this platform.

• Copy of passport (for foreign nationals)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) dated within the last 3 months
• Selfie holding your identification document next to your face for additional verification

Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• 8wins supports a variety of local Malaysia deposit methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, other e-wallets, and online bank transfers.
• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Payment Methods section of your account dashboard and may vary depending on the selected method.
• All deposits will be credited to your account within minutes for automatic methods, or within 24 hours for manual methods.
• You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• 8wins reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity or fraud.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 business hours after all verification requirements have been met.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is RM50,000 or equivalent (subject to change).

9. Liability Limits

8wins is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from or related to:
